I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Portimao. the prices were incredibly reasonable for what you get. I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. Secondly, the hotel's attention to detail was impressive. The rooms had all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay, including a kitchen with cooking facilities. Lastly, the location was perfect. It was conveniently located right next to a shopping mall and supermarkets, making it easy to grab any necessities during my stay. Additionally, it was just a short walk to the center of Portimao, which was very convenient.

Everything exceeded my expectations.

My room was very clean and staff was freindly.

No microwave and the hot water went off quick.

I liked the swimming pool and the balcony. I had privacy and a good kitchen so I could cook in the apartment.

I didnt like that they didnt had a good breakfast kitchen and didnt clean the room every day.

The accommodation exceeded my expectations in many ways. The cleanliness was top-notch and the daily towel changes were a nice touch. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. The swimming pool right in front of the accommodation was a great added bonus. the proximity to supermarkets made it convenient for us to stock up on essentials.

There were a few minor inconveniences during our stay. the walk to the beach took about 20 minutes, which made it a bit uncomfortable to go back and forth if we wanted to prepare lunch in our room.

The staff is excellent and friendly. Very easy check in and chek out. Parking facilities in the area are also to mention. Would go again,

The residence accepts dogs. But the cleaning lady , who did not have a fixed schedule (so much was there at 16PM or at 11AM) did not show any disposition to return, even if we said we were going away in 5 minutes. She never had time to clean. Plus, she told me on my face "i do not dig dogs" while she stared at my dog.Very sad and the only minus.

Difficult to locate because of lack of signs and incomplete roads around it.

Spent Christmas in the sunny south of Portugal, had a great time! Loved the central location of the hotel, everything was close by. the pool was clean and quiet. the free parking, air conditioning, and kitchenette with basic equipment were a great plus.

The bed was a bit hard, and the one pillow per person was not very comfortable. the kitchen could have been better equipped with knives and utensils.

It was clean, fairly good space, Lovely pool area.

The check-in process could have been better structured to avoid confusion as reported by some previous guests.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Urban Flamingo Residence. the apartment was spacious and clean, perfect for our family with two children. the towels were changed daily, and the staff was friendly and helpful. the swimming pool was clean and refreshing, and we enjoyed having supermarkets nearby. Cons: Absolutely nothing! 😊.
